PAGASA SCIENCE GARDEN, Quezon City (DWDD) – Northeast Monsoon is affecting Extreme Northern Luzon. A Tail-end of a Cold Front is affecting the eastern section of Northern Luzon. Easterlies is affecting the eastern section of Central and Southern Luzon and of Visayas.
