These motorcycle riders will be deputized by the PNP-HPG after undergoing training in order to assist in the traffic management and road safety operations of the command.
HPG-NCR will be the pilot area for the project and will expand nationwide in the next few months.
According to CCW President Villegas, the CCW has an estimated 10,000 riders nationwide that can assist in traffic management.
