PAGASA SCIENCE GARDEN, Quezon City (DWDD) – An Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is affecting Southern Luzon.

Meanwhile at 3:00 AM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 1,055 km East of Virac, Catanduanes (15.0N, 133.9E).
