CAMP RAFAEL CRAME, Quezon City (DWDD) – The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group – Anti – Transnational Crime Unit (CIDG-ATCU) arrested a notorious lady recruiter at about 3:45 pm of September 26, 2017 at Walter Mart, Makati City.
The suspect was identified as Rosalie Martin Fadera, of legal age and a resident of Pulo, San Rafael, Bulacan.
The sting operations was launched after five persons filed a complaint against the suspect and two others who allegedly conspired together in asking from them Php 100, 000 as processing fee for jobs as factory and farm workers in Japan which turned out to be non-existent.
After verifying from the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) that the suspects are not licensed to recruit, they seeked the assistance of CIDG-ATCU to entrap the suspects.
Rosalie aka Sally accepted from the complainants the Php 50,000 boodle money. The two other suspects identified as aka aida and aka nelson did not show up.
Arrested person and the recovered marked money were brought to ATCU-CIDG for proper documentation while complaints for Violation of Republic Act no. 8042 and Article 315 of the Revised Penal Code are being prepared for filing in court. AES/ALS
