WEATHER OUTLOOK | Philippines May 10, 2017

May 10PAGASA SCIENCE GARDEN, Quezon City (DWDD) – Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Southern Mindanao. Easterlies affecting the eastern section of the country.

 According to PAGASA, cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms is expected over Mindanao and the regions of Central and Western Visayas and Negros island.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

Light to moderate winds blowing from the East to Southeast will prevail over Luzon and coming the East to Northeast over Visayas and Mindanao. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate. PAGASA / MCAG
