Jan 13 Sea Pressure Jan 13MANILA (DWDD) – At 4:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 425 km East of Surigao City, Surigao del Norte (9.2°N, 129.3°E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon.

According to PAGASA, cloudy skies with moderate to ocassionally heavy rains and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides will be experienced over Eastern Visayas. Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms will prevail over the rest of Visayas, the regions of Bicol and Caraga and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon. Cloudy skies with light rains is expected over the regions of Cordillera and Cagayan Valley.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will prevail over Metro manila and the rest of Luzon. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over the rest of Mindanao.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast to east will prevail over Luzon and Visayas. The coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast to north with slight to moderate seas
