WEATHER OUTLOOK | Philippines December 20, 2016

dec-20-sea-pressureMANILA (DWDD) – Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon. Tail End of a Cold Front Affecting the Eastern Section of Southern Luzon.

According to PAGASA, cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms will be experienced over the regions of Bicol, Eastern and Central Visayas, Caraga and the province of Quezon. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains is expected over Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera, Cagayan Valley and Central Luzon. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over the rest of the country.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast with slight to moderate seas.
