dec-14 dec-14-sea-pressureMANILA (DWDD) – At 4:00 am today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 70 km South of Subic, Olongapo (14.2ºN, 120.3ºE). Northeast Monsoon affecting Exteme Northern Luzon.

According to PAGASA, cloudy skies with light rains is expected over the Islands of Batanes and Calayan. Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon and Visayas. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over Mindanao.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Light to moderate winds coming from the east to northeast will prevail over Visayas and Mindanao with slight to moderate seas.
