According to PAGASA, cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms will be experienced over Meto Manila, Central Luzon and the provinces of Cagayan, Isabela, Rizal and Quezon.
Cloudy skies with light rains will prevail over Ilocos region, Cordillera and the rest of Cagayan Valley.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms is expected over the rest of the country.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over extreme northern Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
Light to moderate winds coming from the east will prevail over the rest of Luzon and coming from the southeast to east over the rest of the country with slight to moderate seas.
