According to PAGASA, cloudy skies with light to modeate rainshowers and thunderstorms will be experienced over Bicol region and the provinces of Quezon, Rizal and Aurora. Partly cloudy skies with to cloudy skies withisolated light rains is expected over the regions of Ilocos, Cordillera and Cagayan Valley. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over northern Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast over the rest of Luzon and from the east to northeast over the rest of the country with slight to moderate seas.
