WEATHER OUTLOOK | Philippines November 23, 2016

nov-23MANILA (DWDD) – At 4:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 730 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (6.9°N, 132.8°E).

According to PAGASA, cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms will be experienced over visayas, mindanao and bicol region. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of luzon.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the east will prevail over Northern and Central Luzon and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the east to northeast with slight to moderate seas.
