MANILA (DWDD) – Tail-end of a cold front affecting Northern and Centeral Luzon.
According to PAGASA, cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides will be experienced over the provinces of Isabela,
Cagayan and Apayao. Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms will prevail over Ilocos Region, rest of Cordillera, of Cagayan Valley, Eastern Visayas, Caraga region and
Northern Mindanao. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms is expected over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over northern and central Luzon and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere,
winds will be light to moderate coming from the east to northeast with slight to moderate seas.
